Swimming, Stationary Bike, and Walking Not Losing ?
While I am trying to be healthy I am EXHAUSTED. I don't know how many times I have heard it you can lose weight if you cut calories and eat less and exercise more. I have done 1400 calories intake watching what I eat, drinking water gallon after gallon, portion my meals, I have spend 30 (thirty minutes) minimum on the stationary bike, doing speed walking, doing speed runs swimming, and lifting hand weights. And Not Losing One Pound. I tracked my bowel movements, I meditated for 30 minutes before bed, I made sure to count my calories of the nutrient supplements in the vitamins, collagean, how much protein I can actually eat. Still Not an ounce off the backside or front side. I fell down a rabbit hole ... Insulin Resistance and while GLP-1 medication can beat this condition I learned that if I just starve myself for 3 days my own body will start kicking it. If I cut out Sugar and Alcohol ... um what? Those 2 Things are what is causing me to not lose we...
