Bad Weather ... Prepare Now! ?
To say that now I have heard about the #SuperElNino is an understatement. I remember in 1997 - 1998 Winter I was living in Santa Cruz it was the first time I understood the power of the sea and how West Cliff Drive eventually will be less drivable and walkable. So, I am putting together my preparedness kit. From extra battery backup ( with Batteries ! ) , boots, bags, raincoats, warm clothes, umbrellas, medicines, and other necessities. Aside from an emergency making sure I have pasta, sauce and soups. Veggies and fruits tucked away in the freezer. I was actually worried I didn't have butter (SHOCKING ) My plan is simple aside from Thanksgiving ( Salmon? ) and Christmas (Salmon again? ) I think I have my meals planned. Now, aside from the grind of work, the Waves To Wine event, one week vacay in October I think I am set on planned stuff.
