Bottle Wine
In my journey of looking for wine I am always looking for a unique or individual wine that would be nice. I have a closet full of red wine that I have to dedicate a full meal or special event to. That I am way over due to do. My next series of events are Saturday or Sunday maybe the Friday night of July 3rd. I am still doing my Five Star Michelin Dinner but, I am working through the wine portion too. and I love unique grapes. Except Picpoul deserves its greatness to Bonny Doon Vineyard where Randall Grahm has utilized this fabulous grape that more and more people are tasting it today. If Sauvignon Blanc is too grassy for you and you can't stand a Chardonnay look for the grapes that Randall Grahm uses. I have been so fortunate to have met him in person decades ago where I found out about Chablis and Grenache and Pinot Gris.
