Vote The Whole Ticket !

Making it to November seems like a doable goal but, having to slog through all the stuff before we collectively get there is ...trying...

Debates will happen, Emergencies will occur and by the time it actually comes down to the vote everyone will be afraid in one form or another because

Will Your Vote Count ?

To find out how or whom approves your ballot ask your registrar of voters, your county supervisor, your State Attorney and your Governor.

No, really go ask them because if they can't tell you in under a minute you are going to need to find out and find out QUICK.

The first question that you will be asked is

Are you registered to vote?

Do you know, and if you don't find out at vote.org or rock the vote but PLEASE be careful and READ the information. You should also be able to check via your state OFFICIAL website.

BEWARE THERE ARE A LOT OF FAKE OR MISLEADING SITES I did a cursory search and found several paid for sites that gave incorrect information.

Next, you will be able to search who is the Registrar of voters or if the Secretary of Voters approves your ballot.

The next question you will be asked is

Do you know where you can vote?

This is a polling location that may or may not be in your county and this is where you need to make sure you have all your documents needed to vote. Equally, check to see if for your vote to be county you have to be a resident of that county or if the polling place while in a different county or city will still allow you to vote.

Third question - who are you voting for?

I am not talking about political party but, actual positions like dog catcher or City Attorney or Judges. As the Supreme Court has displayed Judges can impact laws just as much as voters. Will a Judge you vote for make a decision on where you can vote?

Last question - Will you mail in your ballot ?

Mail in Voting or Mailing Ballots has been around for a very long time so there isn't anything mystical about it. Plus you should not need a stamp to do it but you can also drop off your ballot at a polling place. The caveat is that if you drop off your ballot are you in the right county or place. Its one reason why I go to the location where all the ballots have to go before going to the larger state or area ballot location.

By now, you are trying to remember the first question you wanted to ask and that is

Why should I vote the entire ticket? Simply because between taxes and leaders that will impact your life. For example, on July 1st 2024 here in California businesses have to meet work requirements, In Florida and Texas privacy laws take effect on July 1, 2024 that were decided by voters like you.

In Indiana there is a law to take effect regarding electronic tracking. This is to either help or hinder private and public people ...think about it ..if we are being watched what would we do?

But most importantly, WHO DECIDES YOUR VOTE COUNTS. Get that answer and keep asking the question of every politician running or not because it may eventually be the Supreme Court that decides.
