Pantry and Stretch : Ground Turkey Roll
Another recipe that I came up with was a can of Vegetable Beef Condensed Soup, a pound of ground turkey, a small bag of shell pasta and the remaining 1/3 bag of frozen spinach.
It was good and cooked well. I put everything in the pot and added a cup of water and let it cook for about 30 minutes. I broke up the ground turkey. I had to add a couple of seasonings salt, pepper, onion powder.
The basic premise that I would eat the soup concoction at least for the next couple of nights.
Granted my recipe isn't the most healthiest but when you are trying to stretch the dollar I enjoy a can of sliced pears for dessert.
