133 Days to Go #BattleofTheBulge

 Okay, There is 134 days between May 1st and September 1st Labor Day. I plan to get over the weight somehow someway. My First step is to put in my calendar workout days. I have an annoying Calendar reminders (seriously its annoying ) to remind me to work out. Next, I am volunteering about 20% more thus I have to get out more. 

I am already swimming more ( 3 miles total ) and my goal during this time is swim a total of 10 Miles in the time frame ( there may be an open ocean swim somewhere in there - fingers crossed ). Equally, I am planning to do a Transit Month Museum Bingo Card. I will have to practice the concept which should be interesting. 

Then I do plan at least ONE BASEBALL GAME July 4th is on a Friday so hopefully I will get to squeeze one in the time frame. I probably will go to a San Jose Giants Game hopefully as its closer and I can do it in addition to the museum tour. 

I will go to Goodwill and other 2nd hand stores and pick up a 20lb hand weight. Right now, I have 2lb, 3 and 5lbs. My stationary bike goal is to increase from 20 minutes to a steady 30 minutes to a gradual 45 minutes with 30 minutes on handweights. 

I currently walk 100 miles and I am not interested increasing that infact I would like to decrease it and maybe put in 20 miles power walk. We'll see how that goes I am already looking for better walking shoes. Finally, I will do a bodyweight training with Fitness Blender at least once a week. These vary from 30 to 45 minutes 

I have to resolve the 24 Hour fitness and pay taxes and get through the political regime but, I think this is totally doable
