The Algorithm is broken
I clicked on one article ... One simple article and now I get a lot of the same type of #Clickbait articles but I have theories
I mean you have to work out and just like having chicken and rice for dinner you like to see what else there is to do.
Well, I have kettle balls and handheld weights to do some upper body workouts because I walk and ride the stationary bike a majority of the time. In total about 50 minutes of working out.
After 133 days of it I lost 10lbs and still trying to get back into it. I have spats of starts and ends in part because I have to watch what I eat but at the same time doesn't the algorithm realize its not working or is it working ?
Also what is up with the age restriction ? If you are over X years there is now different exercises ? If walking is considered exercise than what other exercise is limited to those over a certain age? Does crawling as a baby count as exercise too?That doesn't even begin to talk about how long I have to do to the exercises. Yes, there is repetition but those are sets when you do one set it only takes 7 minutes ( if you do 3 sets that is 21 minutes of exercise which is what you end up doing ). Honestly, some exercise 'routines' took me 10 minutes to figure out.
Now, after you have done the 7 minute exercise you have to prove how strong you are but don't worry there is only 3 exercises you have to prove this #Strength is way better than most and yes, if you have actually read all these articles they include pretty much the same exercises in different order. Oh and #planking is still the most popular exercise to do in different variations of exercise.
