Will This Work ? May Books

 


Since there is a Full 31 days in May I am going to try to do some different or at least approach differently. Now I don't think I am going to get to #SealFit nor am I going to have an urban garden to make meals with. I am going to pot a plant or two eventually. 

This is just another desperate technique to get my body moving and expanding my brain from using Cookbooks for different meals and trying some new exercises to "break out". 

Do I think I will have a seal body in 8 weeks or lose 12lbs in 2 weeks walking ? Maybe. Its really just because I get bored easily even after the first 12 weeks of walking, trying to run, weight lifting with 10lb hand weights, getting on the stationary bike and swimming. 

Trust me doing water aerobics was short lived especially when there was an " hair loss " incident ( a woman's wig just came off when she dunked below for one is the exercises ). So, I don't mind the water its just a thing. Also I got blisters on my hand using the hand weights. 

I know I know great excuses but the fact is I am getting bored and frustrated so I grabbed some books and see if I can take a break or break out.
