Swimming, Stationary Bike, and Walking Not Losing ?

 

While I am trying to be healthy I am EXHAUSTED. I don't know how many times I have heard it you can lose weight if you cut calories and eat less and exercise more. 

I have done 1400 calories intake watching what I eat, drinking water gallon after gallon, portion my meals, I have spend 30 (thirty minutes) minimum on the stationary bike, doing speed walking, doing speed runs swimming, and lifting hand weights. 

And Not Losing One Pound. 

I tracked my bowel movements, I meditated for 30 minutes before bed, I made sure to count my calories of the nutrient supplements in the vitamins, collagean, how much protein I can actually eat. 

Still Not an ounce off the backside or front side. 

I fell down a rabbit hole ... Insulin Resistance and while GLP-1 medication can beat this condition I learned that if I just starve myself for 3 days my own body will start kicking it. If I cut out Sugar and Alcohol ... um what? Those 2 Things are what is causing me to not lose weight okay I will track that. Am I guzzling pounds of sugar ? Maybe because there might sugar hiding in BBQ Sauce for the chicken and the Protein Chobani yogurt and in the lemonade drink powder that I am using but its exactly (EXACTLY) 15mg .. or 4 teaspoons of sugar (8 mg in the yogurt alone ). I am not drinking alcohol every night infact with my diary and keeping a track of the money I spend on alcohol ( gotta budget ) so I know and maybe 12 ounces once a week or when I splurge it can be a total of 24 ounces over 3 days ( party weekend ). 


Again, comparatively I am not guzzling sugar and alcohol but there is 15 calories in each melatonin is that why my belly fat is not shrinking? 

I am adding B100, Magnesium, and more to see if the next 12 weeks I can get better and finally lose weight.
